If you need to change the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel the order, and then use the updated information to place a new order. If the customized order has been completed by 70%, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel your order due to special circumstances, we will contact you to cancel the order and arrange a refund as soon as possible. Cancellations may occur under certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of the ordered items or other problems with the information on the website.

If your order is in the hold or processing status, you can click the refund button on the order page.

If your order has already been completed, click the button to contact customer service, inform them of the product issue, and provide relevant supporting materials. If the issue is verified, we promise to refund the order amount within 48 hours. Once your order is shipped, we will send the logistics information to your mailbox, and you can enter the order number to check your logistics information.
Within 7 days of receipt of the product, if the product is brand new and unused, the anti-counterfeiting label has not been removed, the VAT invoice and other documents are complete, and the original packaging is intact, you can apply for return service. - On the Track Order page, enter your Order ID and Billing email to check the order. (Please refer to the order details you provided during the purchase.)
- Open the Order Details page, click on the order you wish to return, and then click “Return.”
- Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return, and then submit the return request.
You can request a return by logging in to “My Account”. We do not accept any items that can be returned without an online application. Once we receive your return request, we will contact you within 3 business days to arrange the return.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item and confirm the refund as soon as possible. Once the refund is issued, we will notify you by email. The time it takes for your payment to arrive depends on your payment channel.
